Yes. Many people claim to be wise through experience or education yet they have done no self reflection. They are fools. We only become wise when we face the truth about ourselves and heal what is broken.

Yes we should. But how many of us do that. Moreover it cant b done coz everything is preplanned. If something is to happen then we cant change it. So we can the most analyze our actions but can only seldom change them keeping in mind its consequences.

No, we should invent an invisible and contradictory 'daddy' figure and a concept of 'sin'. This will serve to confuse the bejabbers out of generations of people not to mention scaring the horses and shedding much blood.
Confucious:
“By three methods we may learn wisdom: first, by reflection, which is noblest; second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third, by experience, which is the most bitter.”

Of course but the problem is people either don't think their actions have any consequences or they think that those consequences ONLY affect them and nobody else.... "If you don't hurt anyone"...they don't see that sometimes even small things can affect a society!

I think that sentence needs a conjunction. Anyhow, Wisdom isn't attained through analysis. Wisdom is attained through experience. Intelligence is attained through analysis, juxtaposition, and rational and empirical corrections. Wisdom can't correct anything, it's more of a guidon.

yeah you get wisdom from it as long as you learn from it, but its NOT always your actions. sometimes you get consequences being innocent. i think most of what you go through is so you can be a comforter to the next person that might not be as strong as you.

First you have ACTION
Then you get a REACTION
Then we have to face the CONSEQUENCE
Be it Good or Bad
That is the wisdom I have gained : )
