If it really bothers you a lot, go to a doctor. There are several medications that can help that kind of thing.

Study the water cycle. Water is never wasted it is always recycled. Water evaporates and forms clouds. When enough water gathers it rains and runs off into streams and rivers and eventually into lakes, seas and the oceans where it will evaporate and start all over again. So you see you need not worry about the water. the only thing a leaky faucet will cause is a higher water bill.

A bit of OCD. Do you know what might have triggered you obsession with water particularly?
Take notice, are there other things you are obsessing about ? If so maybe you should consider seeing a therapist to get to the bottom of it. Do not allow something like this to run your life.

so u're worried ur parents will waste water inceasing the utilities bills right?
oh nvr mind...maybe u should think it ts way...water is never going to use up but if u want to save them saving ur money then try fixing certain amounts of water in pills at home each day for different purposes.
eg. water for washing, water for cleaning car, water for bathing etc. then u will not waste them lol!

Something has put this fear into you and you need to find out what caused it and have someone talk you through it. Just talking it through could help. But panic attacks are not always reasonable...very hard to understand and get over.

Go to a therapist who can help talk you through it.
