If Beth Moore's God is so loving, how come she personally DESPISES 10% of the population just because of their sexual preference. Her spewing of hatred towards this community makes me so mad.

Well, she's not building an empire based on preaching a prosperity gospel (as in Joyce Meyer), that's one point in her favor. She is quite dynamic. Her ministry is mainly focused on women, encouraging them to get into studying the Bible, and she's not pushing her own Bible studies as the "only" or "best". In an interview, she once said "It doesn't matter whose Bible study series it is; if it has a sound approach to God's Word, for crying out loud, do it." Though she teaches from an evangelical perspective, as a Catholic I certainly can't argue with that statement.

I have heard a lot of wonderful things about her. Right now I am reading a daily devotion book that she wrote along with other missionaries in foreign countries. It is really awesome how God has worked through their lives.

She is very dynamic and personal, if you can find a video of her presenting a Bible lesson at one of our local churches or a clip by googling, I took a Bible study at my large church and we used her videos and she is very down to earth and very very good.

Many in our church have done lessons by her and really enjoyed them, I have read some of her books I think they are great.
