How long will it take to rebook a flight from san francisco to manila philippines?

my hubby is coming home, he will rebook his flight earlier.. how long it will take? by the way the airline is PAL.. tnx to u all!!!

The SF to Manila flight is every day. You should be able to book or rebook the flight over the phone in about 10 minutes. Of course this depends on availability because this is usually a pretty full flight. good luck with this.
