I have only slept with one girl before, lastnight i slept with my ex girlfriend, but i have a problem, all is going really well, i am fine with the inbetween stuff but all she has to do is touch me down there and it's all over....... i need help in learning how to make myself last a little longer and to be able to enjoy the sex i feel really embarrased, please help

There are techniques you can learn to rectify this problem, your local library or bookstore should have some self-help books.
You should give yourself a break though and concentrate on foreplay rather than intercourse. It could be a vicious circle- anxiety makes it happen to quick, and the more it happens the more anxious you become! Most women would rather have good foreplay than penetration that lasts for hours.
