no does a question have to be a sentance?
in that case a verb and a noun? no is a verb (to not be?) and architecture is a noun? the subject.

This is not a sentence. A sentence MUST contain a verb and an object at the very minimum. To have a sentence, you must write something like: "This museum contains no architect section," or "There is no architect section here." Otherwise, what you have is a "phrase," a group of words like a sign. Another example would be "Wrong way," a street sign that indicates you should not enter the street or roadway because you'll be against traffic.
