Well I have an assessment for the term for my year 9 Digital Photography class and we needed to take a good picture, edit it and make it really nice. I am at the top of the class and i want it to stay that way. So i made my image as best as i can. Here it is http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=1248758342&size=l
I want to know what you think..
Oh and also please tell me what I can change aswell.
And also incase your wondering there was no Mirroring used in this image the water was just like glass.

your photo is good. 12/20. try photos of flowers(closeups), trees, birds etc. photos of living objects will give more better effect. If u want your photos to b distinct try closeups. they will surely work. Best of luck!

It's a good picture, but there's too much sky and the viewer doesn't seem to look anywhere but up. I think maybe having a few close ups of things that are natural (what I mean by this is where you just basically take a picture and don't arrange stuff) like a big field full of flowers. That would be more affective. I would give it 9/20.

It's crooked (you can fix that in PS) and there is nothing about that picture that requires a second look. Don't get me wrong, it's not horrible it's just ho-hum. I think that if you're at the top of your class, you can either A) do better or B) get into a different class that will want more from the students.

remove some of the upper elevation, too much blue sky, the image draws the eye upwards too far above the horizon, i would suggest the horizon be exactly in the middle of the pictures height.
otherwise very good photo if it hasn't been doctored by anyone yet, it is hard to come across a good mirror image natrally so clear. 15 / 20

An OK photo. Not a lot of interest and the horizon is off. The left side is higher than the right. There are not enough levels and nothin that pulls my eye through the image.
Color saturation is good and the reflections are nice.

I agree with Gryphon 1911 and Edwin.
You could try copying the image, removing all
the small rocks breaking the water surface and save as a different file from the original

oh wow. that's a beautiful photograph! i'd give you 18 out of 20. i've taken a photography class before, but it was only for black and white photography...so i don't know much about taking coloured photographs. it's a nice picture though :).

Somewhat boring, too much unrelieved sky, and the horizon is crooked. Pretty color, though.
9 of 20.
