Whenever I use facial wash/foam to cleanse my face my pimples start coming out. Should I discontinue usage?

The thing is sometimes things get a little worse before they can get better, and it may be clearing the impurities that causes the initial problem. That's why if you have a special event they (beauticians) recommend that you start your facial treatments at least a month or two BEFORE the event to allow time to get over that initial breakout, and have healthy clear skin at the right time.
However if you have been using it regularly and still have that problem it may be necessary to change your choice of products.

That's how you know it's working. It may be bad for now but it will get better over time. Think about it where else is all that bacteria from your face gonna go? There is no other way but out and it's not instant. Just let it ride out and you will see good results. Just continue use of the product cause if you stop it'll just be how it was before.

Yes, stop immediately. If you want a facial wash to suit your skin either see the pharmacist in the store or change to another brand. Your skin might be allergic to them facial foams. Try Biotherm, it works well for me! And Oxy-5, it helps a lot with the pimples. Also follow these steps to ensure good skin:

1) A good facial wash (change yours!)
2) Tone with toner
3) Moisturize with moisturizer

try using old fashioned hot water and dial antibacterial soap 3-4 times a day also use benzoil peroxide

If you mean that they become more apparent, no, that just means it's working, but if you start to get more, then i think you should stop using the product.
