I am in the process of trying this myself but a friend of mine is a RN and she had her husband go by this and he lost 35 lbs.
This is what you do:
Dont diet or starve yourself. Eat regular meals just not a huge serving. Consider the actual serving size, not what you normally may have. Read the labels. Some products claim to be less fat, etc. Read the labels. Also, look for Fat, Carbs, Sugar and Fiber. You should eat foods with 5g of fat (or less), 15g carbs (or less), and 5g sugar (or less) and anything with fiber, subtract from the carbs. So if there is 5g of fiber, and the carbs are 20, that is ok b/c you are taking the 5 off from fiber. Avoid fatty meats. Chicken or fish is better. To start this process, for the first week, avoid any dairy. Then eat as much raw veggies and fruit you can. Avoid sugary fruits like melons and pinneapples. Apples, oranges and grapes are fine. Avoid soda and high sugar juices.
This isnt something that will make you lose a lot of weight. With exercise and eating better will help. The older you get, the slower your metabolism is. Eating the same calories year after year will result in gaining weight.

Here's what you do:
You should do aerobics, aerobics is what burns the fat and calories, like running, walking, swimming, biking, rollerblading, just get off your butt and get your heart pounding. You should eat 6 small meals, or 3 medium sized meals with 2 small snacks, eat about every 2-3 hours this keeps your metabolism up and running, you will burn more fat, as long as your are snacking on healthy foods. You need to learn portion control, you don't have to eat everything your mom puts on your plate listen to your stomach and brain, not your eyes. If you want ice cream, eat the fat free stuff, or some fat free yogurt. Get at least 30 min of cardio per day. Cereal ideas, cheerios= only 100 calories in 1 cup same thing with rice chex. Kix are healthy, no added sugar or colors, and have 110 calories in 1 1/4 cups, that's less calories in 1 cup than cheerios, and chex. Try to stay away from canned fruit if it's in syrup. By healthier versions of food like bread, buy the whole grain bread, wonder bread has a whole grain bread that has 40 calories per slice, use lean meats, I buy the 98% fat free turkey breast strips that come in a container. fat free salad dressing, fat free anything. Get your nutrition also with fresh fruit and vegetables. Hope I helped.

hm...well, i think it's quite difficult to do so.i would have suggested yoga but it takes a longers time to lose that much weight.
i lost more than 10kg just by running non-stop every morning for about 3 weeks +...
tht might help. push yourself and don't stop. it can help build up your stamina too. :)
