I simmer it with soysauce,water pepper,salt,garlic,tomato sauce,onion&lemon before i fry the pork chops.

Cook them in the frying pan and sear them, then add some apple juice to the pan. It allows them to stay moist, even if the chop is thin.

Don't overcook them. Stick a knife or fork in them and if they are pinkisk take them out and let them sit for a few minutes. They'll finish cooking out of the pan. Nothing worse than shoe leather pork chops.

i roll mine n flour n spices of my choice brown each side n small amount of oil add water just 2 cover turn on med heat cover with a lid when water boils down they r tender and fall apart with a fork
