Actually, not all theists doges around questions and answer. There are quite a few I know who just say "I don't know" .... That is an honest answer.

I'm not exactly a theist but I try to be fair on them. If the above is the sort of 'question' you ask them, what kind of answer do you expect? How about being less of a generalist and being a bit more specific about the questions 'they' dodge?
They might be a flock, but as a 'thinking man' you should know better than to fight fire with fire.

Could it be that some questions are so biased against theists that no answer given would ever satisfy the asker? Or that closed and negative questions do not actually invite a specific and positive response?

Because they don't have the real answers and have to resort to the so-called holy books, which are themselves full of non-answers. Why do we mock them, I wonder?
Despite modern advances made over the last 2000 and more years, they are still living in a fantasy world created for the population of that time.
Doesn't it make sense to move with the times?
The predominantly atheist areas of Northern Europe would find it extremely worrying were they fully aware of the depths of stupidity existing in the USA and, inside GW's head in particular. By the same reason, it is VERY worrying when one considers the Islamic population. Just how crazy is all that?
Religion is a mental disorder which chains down the advancement of a civilised society.
Reality is REAL and can be the only logical option.

I don't know about that but I've found that a lot of questions are designed to enrage rather than enlightenment.
Personally I don't bother with them. I mean, would YOU throw your money into a pigs pen for the sows?
Then why would we throw pearls to the swine!

I've noticed this a lot.
I think it is because most of their positions are untenable as they can't rely on logic, they can only rely on the Bibran.
They do sometimes try to show links between their scripture and 'scientific evidence' to prove a point, and fail every time.
I'd 'dodge around' if I was that insecurely grounded in reason...
No, actually, I'd 'fess up.

Because they don't understand what they believe in, which is the same as the so called atheists, neither are very good at providing a decent argument in support of their beliefs. They're both as bad as each other. Fundamental atheists and fundamental theists.Bah humbug!

Just because an answer is not one that atheists like is no reason to say the question hasn't been answered.
