It is a Cuban Amazon (Amazona leucocephala leucocephala), also on the endangered species list.

That for sure is not a Quaker, it is for sure an amazon species, which I have never seen before but i have the World Book of Parrots. I was think it could be a Hybrid, but i am checking into it for you.

It is not a white capped pionus either, they don't have that red colouring. It looks like an Amazon of some type.

Yes we do have one correct answer, it is a cuban amazon, closely related to the Mealy amazon and they are on the Cites l list. Which means you have to have a permit to own one and breed them.

Good going, at least one is Educated enough to know their species.
