I am in the process of trying this myself but a friend of mine is a RN and she had her husband go by this and he lost 35 lbs.
This is what you do:
Dont diet or starve yourself. Eat regular meals just not a huge serving. Consider the actual serving size, not what you normally may have. Read the labels. Some products claim to be less fat, etc. Read the labels. Also, look for Fat, Carbs, Sugar and Fiber. You should eat foods with 5g of fat (or less), 15g carbs (or less), and 5g sugar (or less) and anything with fiber, subtract from the carbs. So if there is 5g of fiber, and the carbs are 20, that is ok b/c you are taking the 5 off from fiber. Avoid fatty meats. Chicken or fish is better. To start this process, for the first week, avoid any dairy. Then eat as much raw veggies and fruit you can. Avoid sugary fruits like melons and pinneapples. Apples, oranges and grapes are fine. Avoid soda and high sugar juices.
This isnt something that will make you lose a lot of weight. With exercise and eating better will help. The older you get, the slower your metabolism is. Eating the same calories year after year will result in gaining weight.

Focus on losing the fat in a healthy way, first. Then, if you are in a situation where you need a tuck, there is nothing wrong with that. The reason why I say this, is because rapid weight loss is so unhealthy, that no amount of surgery will keep it off. You just gain it all back. So, do it the healthy way for long term fat loss for life and then consider surgery for skin you can't change.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Eating 3 meals a day is already trimming down your diet. Try and run for atleast 30 minutes. I used to eat more food when i was full because it was really good, but now i stop eating when im near to a full stomach.
Drink plenty of water and fruits, it helps you burn calories faster
