How about a high fiber cereal or eating fruit like an apple with the skins on. They do have fiber drink mixes out there as well. Evita

A cheap way to get a good dose of fiber is all natural whole wheat bread. Make sure the package says 100 percent whole wheat because some companies just use dye or coloring to make the bread look dark. Also, get a couple of healthy servings of dark green veggies or beans. Strawberries and berries in general also contain lots of fiber. Most grocery stores also carry a fiber supplement such as Fiber One or Metamucil which you can simply stir into a glass of water or milk.

Simple..buy some prune juice..its really disgusting but you do get used to it. Its not to expensive and lasts for ages because it usually comes in big bottles. Also eat some really good cereal in the morning that has lots of wholegrains in it..none of that kids sugar filled rubbish. Try buying a bag/packet of BRAN and sprinkle it over your cereal. Also drinking the prune juice before breakfast can really help you...and then you wont have to worry to much.

Fruit, veg, wholemeal bread and wholegrain cereals especially oats (porridge) The less processed a food is the more fibre it retains.
