Virginity is NOT a requirement; chastity is, and a vocation is. Single women, virgin or NOT, never married or widowed or such, all can be chaste, and all might be gifted with a vocation.

Virginity is not a requirement to become a religious sister (nun), religious brother (monk) or priest.

Celibacy after taking your vows is, of course, required.
