I apologized and sort of laughed that I was pathetic cause I didn't want her to think that I was always that terrible. I fought the urge but it just felt to good. She said not to worry about it. I still feel very akward about it.. Any advice?

Don't feel that awkward. If she loves you, she will look past that and wait for a better time with you.

But if you normally masturbate on a regular basis, it may help not to do so for a day or two before you think you're going to have sex.

And don't underestimate the value of foreplay.

I hope you stuck around and helped make her feel good too. It's normal for guys who haven't had sex in a long time to get overly aroused and "lose it" before it's time. You have to make sure she feels just as good (God gave you fingers and a tongue for something, use 'em!), and seeing as how you haven't had sex in awhile, you may have been ready to go again after pleasuring her!

Next time, if there is a next time with this girl, or maybe the next one, if you're worried about how long you'll last, make sure you spend plenty of time making her feel good. The last thing a girl wants is to get all hot and bothered and then not getting "taken care of" herself. So pleasure her first maybe, let her get hers at least once before you get to the "main event", then if you don't last long, at least she's already been pleasured.

Also, I know it feels good (lol) but don't you want that feeling to last? So when you feel the urge, think of something that will help curve the urge to let go. Grandma. Baseball. Football. Your 3rd grade teacher. Your mom! That should do it. Then focus on her again and get at it! Hehe.

Contrary to popular belief, a lot of women are more willing to forgive, forget and do it again if you take the time to make her feel good even though you lost it. If you're good enough at the "extra-ciricular activities", she may even be willing to help you with your little problem. ; )

Good luck next time!

This is very common for men who haven't had sex in a while-- the stimulation is intenser because you haven't experienced it recently. Good for you for having a sense of humor about it.

You enjoyed yourself, that's good... if you ejaculate early, make sure you spend a little time pleasing her with caressing, snuggling, kissing, massage, oral sex, etc. so she enjoys her time, too.

Try to have sex more frequently if you can, or masturbate regularly to increase your stamina. And orgasming earlier in the day before you anticipate having sex will help prolong your pleasure bout later =)

Remember the movie "There's Something About Mary"? Well, follow Ben Stiller's example, & before the next date, knock one off in the bathroom. Just don't let her borrow any hair gel afterwards, if you remember that scene. Also, you might want to try some climax control cream. Just make sure you wear a condom if you aren't already, because using the cream without one will numb her, too. Then, neither one of you will get off easily.

I think that was perfectly natural. Try to be more open with her, maybe you get a couple of more shots. A little foreplay would't hurt, women seem to take longer to get their motor turning then men. Next time, try to withdraw before you ejaculate, take a short pause and do something else sexually. When you ready stick it back in. This only works if you are on top, because you will have more control of your movement. If this doesn't work, just think of you grandmother.

A good natural remedy for premature ejaculation can be found on this site http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565

Rapid climax, early ejaculation, premature ejaculation, whatever you call it, it’s a problem plaguing hundreds of men, although many might not admit it. That’s because ever since ancient times sexual performance has been linked to a man’s virility and masculinity. It’s easy to understand then why a man might want to avoid talking about his ejaculation concerns, either with his partner or anyone else. However, premature ejaculation is actually the most common sexual problem faced by men. Whether it is a persistent concern, or just an occasional incident, most men have reported having some trouble with controlling their ejaculation at one point or another.
I hope it helps

hmmmm my advice is......the more you do it the better you get and the longer you last so...im sure she knows that you havent done it in a long time ...and if shes still around then...its all good...just do it more often i guess! i wont say masterbate more haha because im sure for the first little while(assuming this is a new relationship) shes probably a little flattered that you cant hold back for the longest time ever....(if you cant last more then 2 minutes in a month from now then you will have a problem) but for now..dont worry so much...If she cares enough about you to have sex with you then relax...shes probably willing to have 2 minute sex with you....15 times a day!!! i dont think i helped haha sorry

Tell her that your saving the best for last, that way she keeps coming back for more. Don't worry about it. It's like eating that first piece of pizza when your coming off of a diet. It's hard to control yourself
