Depends on what you mean by evidence. I was an atheist for 25 years - reading 'Case for Christ' by Lee Strobel helped demolish by intellectual arguments.
This book takes each of the arguments against the existence of Christ as both a real person and the Son of God and looks not only at biblical evidence, but non-biblical as well. The author takes the approach 'beyond a reasonable doubt'. He was an atheist too.
I highly suggest it if you are at all interested in a challenging book.

You are asking for a evidence because you think God is a person how movies and pictures and books describe them. You can see God and may be he give you something. But God is not a person like thing, he is a active force. If you read Hindu holy books with Bible you get a real picture.
Yes if you want to feel that active force as God and you want to get a extra power from him you have to practice some yoga and meditation.
Christianity, Hinduism and all other religion is made by human and not given by God or active force. People who feel that power try to write some word so other people understand. you can feel that but you can't tell what it is.
If you like to feel fast best choice is Osho's dynamic meditation. By this you can feel God fastest way. Here is a link if you are interested:

I think the operative word here is "faith". Faith does not require factual evidence (any presented that is not one of the types you just said couldn't be used is likely to be biased anyway) and as such the question is not relevant. If there was evidence of course for religion then do you not think that it would be seized upon and used to beat us round the head with?!
In fact centuries ago evidence was manufactured and manipulated in favour of the priests- they are the ones who benefit from religion.
On the other hand if, in many cases, religion improves peoples live and benefits society why should we question it. However as we all know not all religions have that affect...

The only evidence is prophecy. The true God can prophesy. The false gods cannot prophesy.
You may find some prophecies at http://www.geocities.com/peacecrusader888/prophecyidx.htm
They were revealed on October 19, 1979 and published in the Sunday magazine supplement of a daily newspaper. Please test them. It has been more than 27 years since they were revealed by a spirit from God. He is a holy spirit. If you will believe it, He is THE Holy Spirit. If you will believe it further, He is the spirit of Jesus Christ Himself. So Jesus is God, the true God.

No they can't but ,sadly it is the religions that run the world, from the superpower to the fanatic, sometimes both at the same time..........sad, very sad. It is supposed to encourage love and tolerance but it does anything but. Even within certain sections of a faith people are sectarian and divisive and although they believe in the same god they feel compelled to kill someone who does not see it in quite their way. If there is a god - He is crying.

I think one of the most amazing things that God has done for us today happened recently to our astronauts and space scientists at GreenBelt, Maryland. They were checking out where the positions of the sun, moon, and planets would be 100 years and 1,000 years from now. We have to know this so we won't send up a satellite and have it bump into something later on in its orbits. We have to lay out the orbits in terms of the life of the satellite and where the planets will be so the whole thing will not bog down.
"They ran the computer measurement back and forth over the centuries, and it came to a halt. The computer stopped and put up a red signal, which meant that there was something wrong with either the information fed into it or with the results as compared to the standards.
They called in the service department to check it out, and they said, 'What's wrong?' Well, they found there is a day missing in space in elapsed time. They scratched their heads and tore their hair. There was no answer.
"Finally a Christian man on the team said, 'You know, one time I was in Sunday School, and they talked about the sun standing still.' While they didn't believe him, they didn't have an answer either, so they said, 'Show us.'
"He got a Bible and went to the book of Joshua where they found a pretty ridiculous statement for any one with 'common sense.' There they found the Lord saying to Joshua, 'Fear them not, I have delivered them into thy hand; there shall not a man of them stand before thee.'
Joshua was concerned because he was surrounded by the enemy, and if darkness fell, they would overpower them. So Joshua asked the Lord to make the sun stand still! That's right...'The sun stood still and the moon stayed and lasted not to go down about a whole day!' (Joshua 10:12-13)
"The astronauts and scientists said, 'There is the missing day!' They checked the computers going back into the time it was written and found it was close but not close enough. The elapsed time that was missing back in Joshua's day was 23 hours and 20 minutes...not a whole day.
"They read the Bible, and there it was 'about (approximately) a day.' These little words in the Bible are important, but they were still in trouble because if you cannot account for 40 minutes, you'll still be in trouble 1,000 years from now. Forty minutes had to be found because it can be multiplied many times over in orbits.
"As the Christian employee thought about it, he remembered somewhere in the Bible where it said the sun went BACKWARDS. The scientists told him he was out of his mind, but they got out the Book and read these words in 2 Kings that told of the following story:
'Hezekiah, on his death bed, was visited by the prophet Isaiah who told him that he was not going to die. Hezekiah asked for a sign as proof. Isaiah said 'Do you want the sun to go ahead 10 degrees?'
Hezekiah said, 'It is nothing for the sun to go ahead 10 degrees, but let the shadow return backward 10 degrees.' Isaiah spoke to the Lord, and the Lord brought the shadow ten degrees BACKWARD! "Ten degrees is exactly 40 minutes!
Twenty-three hours and 20 minutes in Joshua, plus 40 minutes in Second Kings make the missing day in the universe!" References: Joshua 10:8 and 12,13 and 2 Kings 20:9-11.
Isn't it amazing?

I once invoked Hecate, mother of darkness. Enough said.
No really though. I invoked her just to prove to myself she was real. And she showed me. It was rather scary. And no I didn't start all scared...so don't tell me it was all in my head. It was clear as crystal in the sky and boom after I pissed her off it got dark and story. I basically told her I learned my lesson and that I will never do it again...like she's my mom kinda thing. And after that...the sky went back to normal and all was well.
Scary though. Wheew! Watch out for Hecate. She's a mean momma. But a great Goddess. Just don't piss her off.

God is a SPIRIT
You won't find Him in any science book.
You can know God ONLY through FAITH.
And faith is found in GOD'S WORD
Rom 10:17 So then faith [cometh] by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Love dude. Whether you believe in God or not, take care of your fellow man. I can never prove love exists but I know it is there. Peace.
