"ALARM CLOCK" has 2 arms standing but no hands.it is set once and rang in exact time and mins except sunday's.. so defintely "Alarm clock!

No idea, but it's NOT a clock or a shirt.
I can think of plenty of things with arms but no hands, & plenty of things that can only be used once - but can't think of a bluddy thing that is silent on Sundays.
Sure you got the wording right?

I believe it is a clock, but that can't only be used once, so I am going to try and figure it out, if I do I'll change my answer!
