Or..Wake up without complaining more often and feeling asleep?
I HAVE ALOT OF ISSUES TRUS ME AND IM GETTING READY FOR SCHOOL AND I REALLY DONT WANNA LOOK LIKE CRAP IN LESS THAN...ONE WEEK.

The simple answer is this. Going to sleep early will make u wake up early. When I want to do it I will

1. Have dinner early
2. Stop watching stupid tv programs till late night
3. Listen to some relaxing music and fall asleep
4. Before you sleep keep in mind that you will wake up early

Some times I start to wake up very early and work on some thing. Reading , drawing , meditating. Its much silent and relaxing at that time.

Go by the slogan," Early to bed and early to rise".; is the best motto and practice. Make it a regular habit of going to bed at the same time as a routine. And wake up to an alarm clock. Eventually, your internal body clock will be set and the use of an alarm clock becomes unnecessary.

Try to get a complete 8hrs of restful sleep; so you won't look like crap. A healthy mind in a healthy body will help. Try to live healthily. Avoid junk foods; esp soda just before going to bed. Coffee also has a lot of caffeine.

I think if you work all the day then when you get back home you are so tiered and become unconscious so you sleep early
and if you want not to feel asleep in the morning you should do some exercise,take a shower and eat breakfast so you become fresh and don't feel asleep.

eat dinner at 8 till ur overfull, sleep like a log, put a powerfull siren-like alarm= wake up early.

just finish all ur school works before going to have the meal.
drink water,as much u can befpre going to bed.
u can also use alarm clock.
go to bed at 9:00p.m. & wake up before 4:30a.m.
