Well, there's a lot of scripture to cover with the Rapture. I hold to a pre trib belief and can link you to a full detailing of the scripture to back it up

I haven't studied post trib much because I don't see the scriptures written as "post" but there will be people to argue both sides until Jesus returns :) so unfortunatly I don't have any post trib links for you. Perhaps someone who's post trib on here can fully describe it or link you to a website

the rapture is God removing his people from the earth. in 1thess 5:9 paul says, “for God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our lord Jesus Christ.” the book of revelation, which deals primarily with the time period of the tribulation, is a prophetic message of how God will pour out his wrath upon the earth during the tribulation. it would seem inconsistent for God to promise believers that they will not suffer wrath and then leave them on the earth during the tribulation

if the bible is interpreted literally and consistently, the pretribulational position is the most biblically consistent interpretation.

You can get all the details in "Beam Me Up, Jesus: A Heathen's Guide to the Rapture," by Jim Gerard, published by Nation Books.

Personally, I believe in a post-tribulation rapture of the church... after the events of Revelations are completed...
