It would be hard to decide who were the ten greatest minds of the 20th century, so I'll go with the 10 greatest minds I have ever met. Two were pagan, two were Jewish, and I think at least one was Christian. The rest I did not know their religion, but were probably atheists.

Almost all the greatest minds did not believe in God, in the sense that most Catholics and Protestants do, even crazy (but brilliant people) like Timothy Leary. That is saying something.

However, even Jesus himself couldn't convince people there is no God.... if hypothetically, he came back from the dead and admitted he was wrong- which is saying something!

Actually, no religion dominates. Population-wise, my list would have a disproportionate number of atheists, but I think it'd be pretty balanced.

Stephen Hawking > atheist I think.

Look, I could go on but what is the point? Even if they were all scientologist that doesn't make scientology true.

Fallacy: appeal to false authority.
