You should definitely use Mederma. I used it, and it really works well.

Hi, I've been having the same problem. A friend recommended bio oil and I've been giving that a go. I've only been using it about a month but there is some difference, only minor though. When I'm going out I use a really good foundation/concealer combo on my arms, just war trousers or tights to cover my legs. A friend of mine recommended using a fake tan which can help with more minor scars. I didn't like it though and my more recent scars stood out even more, so not worth doing it you have newer scars. Hope this is helpful.

Nothing will work within 2 weeks, trust me. I have a few scars from various accidents, but the only thing that helps is mederma, it lightens scars, but takes a long time to work. With new scars it will take 4-6 weeks, with old scars it will take 8-12 weeks. If it works.

I know there is a product you can by at your local pharmacy. It's a stick on product you use over your scar and its gone, the scar is gone till you remove the tape. Go have a talk to your local pharmacy.
I have used a product called Bio oil, its brilliant, but probably won't work in 2 weeks, it takes a few months it's very affective though.
Good luck hun!

you need to put on some lemon juice because the acid in it helps take away the scar but im not sure like if you mean in ward deep scars because i only mean the scars that like are on your skin but it doesnt go inside like a scab that turned into a scar ... thats what i mean anyways you need to take some lemon juice and put some salt and sugar in it mix it then put it on the scar and leave the scar out in the sun for like 20 min no longer lol or youll burn then wash it off the scar wont go away immediatly but it will fade away by a week

My mother recently had to knee surgeries which left large scars... She used vitamin E oil and lotion a couple times daily and it helped alot. You can find it at any local drugstore (even Wal-mart) and it's really inexpensive.
It's worth the try!

Scars are scars. You can't get rid of a scar completly, if what you have is a scar!

I used Vitamin E caplets. Within four days a dramatic fading and difference occured. You can buy them at a local drugstore for a few bucks. If you can't find them there, Wild Oats has them for sure. Hope it helps!
