Hello.
I have done some really horrible things lately, and have done them before, and I am so ashamed of myself it hurts, I have promised the Lord that I would stop but I keep doing it over again, it is not just one thing, it is many things, I really need his forgiveness once again, and help to stop. Will the Lord forgive me again and help me?

Every human being while still living are bound to commit sin because nobody of us is perfect. You ask forgiveness to God and you will be forgiven provided the sin you have committed is not unforgivable sin.
Considered unforgivable sin against God is your uttering bad things about God, a bout the Holy Sprit.

as I understand it, the lord forgives of course, but as others have said, what are you going to do next so you can express yourself in ways that don't make you feel shameful. There are victim less and safe ways to be Baaaaaad!
One is to play punk rock or metal drums or guitar and even though for a year you will suck at it, play loud.
Any kind of thing to occupy your mind, painting chairs lighting them on fire and then videotape plastic cockroaches
throw a ripe tomato at a church
stay away from those who do coke or blows, rocks and pills
BUT, whatever you do, please dont become a republican

never make promise or deals with the lord. You really have to be sincere in your prayer and he will help u fix it. remember it is the choices u make so think first and make better decisions. also ask yourself why and would u want people to do horrible things to u. u have to change your way of thinking . email me sometime if u need to talk. keep working it out and be blessed.

In the ultimate analysis there is no such thing as 'forgiveness' as we understand it as that would be against the law of nature as well as the theory of 'Cause and Effect" or Karma.A man, being a product of nature is bound by it's laws.We have to undergo the consequences of our actions,no matter whether we regret or not. When one seeks forgiveness from any divine power, like God or such other entity,it means that we have accepted our mistakes and wish to or are ready to suffer and to that extent get mentally and physically ready to undergo consequences. This makes the consequences bearable and coupled with the resolve of NOT doing such things again, gives us hope of better life later. The choice is your's.

God is the most forgiving.
whether you are a full on believer or not, you will be forgiven.
no matter what you do whether it is as small as running a red light or as extreme as murder, you have the possibility of being forgiven.
the catch is, you have to want to change, want to be forgiven. pray, go to church just change your lifestyle. ask for forgivness, but mean it, the hardest part isnt asking, but acting.
after you ask, make sure you change.
think of it as disappointing God or someone you idolize, you dont want to show shame, so ask and act.
I know it may sound simple but it will work and you will be forgiven, no matter what you do.

If you believe in Jesus, God will remembered sins no more (Hebrews 10:17). There are consequences to your actions by the laws of the land but God only wants your faith and obedience. You can not keep from sin, so why beat yourself up?

DO THE WILL OF GOD
You need to find a home church, be obedient, follow his word, be baptized with the holy spirit, show your self approved and do the will of God (Mark 16: 15 - 18)

God wants very much to forgive you and help you. He has given people a way to know that they are forgiven when He said "Whose sins you forgive, they are forgiven. Whose sins you retain, they are retained" Jn 20:23. They are only retained for the unrepentant. He also said to confess sins to one another in James 5:16 because He knew it would be hard to go it alone. We are all here to help each other.God bless you in your struggle.

Mandy, just ask for forgiveness with a sincere heart, but remember, its a process, we can't just stop sinning over night but we will do it less and less each time until we don't do it anymore, somethings we can stop over night though but some things we can't and it takes time. God will forgive you, just remember that we are all still sinners, thats why we sin but though God we can conquer it, just be patient and continue to pray.

Religious doctrine can only confuse the issue.
We repeat actions throughout what is called time and space to get a better understanding of ourselves and gain perspective on how our actions affect others and thus affect G-D.
As a "cell" within your Creator (whom flows within you and all things) it is YOU who must FORGIVE yourself.
The "Lord" does not expect you to be perfect, only to TRY to achieve perfection.
Your realization of your ills is a very significant step in becoming closer to your Maker, for it is HE who has agreed to meet you within your temple and that temple is you.

Forgiveness will come from within, but the soul is the one that smites us.
If your intent is to stop these "wicked ways" (by your perception; for it is what you believe to be sin that actually is) that keep you from being one with your Creator, then HE will surely give you strength to achieve your goal.
For intent is counted as righteousness in HIS eyes and the strength (Christ) HE gives us is thee forgiveness and acknowledgment we seek as a recognition of HIS love for us here upon the Earth.
