Can anyone tell me anything about guys from Taiwan?

This guy gives me clues that he likes me but he turned into a mute after i told him I was in love with him. I am not stupid I told only after I knew he some feelings for me. He was a wierdo b4 i told him but he became more wierd after a told him he started to become like a mute. anybody knows whats up? I asked him what do you want me to do stay leave..and he won't answer me!

Chinese people are very peculiar .I think is a little confused about the whole incident.Perhaps his culture is very far away from our culture and the the girls act in different way.Remember, those countries are another question.
