Australia has the highest rate of skin cancer in the world.

Generally, if you live closer to the equator than your ancestors, you are at greater risk.

This depends on where in Europe....Mediterranean countries....yes I would say that they are at at a great risk. This also depends on if the indvidual is exposed to the sun frequently. For example, farmers in the country have a GREAT risk.
