HIre a car at Heathrow!

Seriously.Public transport here is not cheap and not particularly good either. A hire car will give you much more freedom too.

Rent a car at Heathrow . Drive out of the airport and join the M4 motorway West ; drive till it joins the M 25 South . Exit onto the M 3 west ; travel past Basingstoke and join the Route A 303 , which will take you to Stonehenge , situated to the right of the A 303 . You will see signs indicating to the carpark . Salisbury is not far to the south . For Oxford , your best route is again A303 towards London , after Andover at a major intersection turn left onto the A34 , which will take you directly to Oxford .
It is unlikely you would find a coach tour that would take it all in , other buses would be too slow . Train to Salisbury , then car hire . trains in England are terribly expensive ; far better to rent a car . B&B would probably be easiest found at Salisbury ; there is nothing much at Stonehenge , but there may be pubs and B&B in nearby villages , keep your eyes open .
