Every time I go on a roadtrip, I have pain in my stomach. Rather, my intestines. I always get some sort of throbbing pain and I don't think I have enough fiber intake.

My dad tells me it's my lifestyle [I don't eat well, I will admit, but I am NOT anorexic]--I get up late and don't eat well, etc.
but why does it always give me pain/diarrhea sometimes?

I don't understand.
I'm not anemic but I did drop some weight [going from a size 11 to a size 4-6].

There are a few reasons. Sitting so long increases constipation. You most likely sweat more. Probably eat more salty food like chips etc...
You need to be drinking more water ( just water) And when getting out of the car walk or run around a bit.
Your dad is probably right about your life style.
YOu can experience extreem pain from your bowels not moving often enough. You could get an obstruction that would either lead to surgery or the ER putting a tube down your throat down in to your stomach.

I was like you when I was young. Now I know I can control the pain. I eat an apple a day and drink lots of water.
