If you are asking someone to kill you, you are simply using a human as a method to kill yourself. Of course the one killing you will be in a lot of trouble. But in effect you have committed suicide.

I believe under the legal system, both would be considered murders.
Suicide is killling yourself. Asking someone to kill you is asking them to murder you.
