And yes, quite a few men have landed on the moon. I'm still waiting to see the cheese, though. And the hidden discotech under the surface.

And, no. If man landed on the moon 38 years ago, why has NASA with even more $$$ and even more technology lost two space shuttles on reentry since, and have a damaged shuttle return this month. That means Nasa has "taken one giant leap backwards" for man kind in the last 38 years. All the while, technologically, everything else has gotten better.
Also, why was man able to go from sending an object into near space, then to a man to the moon in less than 20 years. But, all plans to go to Mars list 2020 or later. 50 years from moon to mars.

Man landing on the moon?: I don't know. The only evidence I've seen is the video maybe once, so I can't say I've thought about the possibiliy it's not real very much yet.
So I guess I'm an agnostic to the moon landing.

Naturally I know that Man has been to The Moon, we are gonna spend Billions of Dollars for a Hoax ??!!??
