COSMOS is the source and the mind is the receptacle through Brahmarandhra.
The COSMOS is filled with abundance of spiritual powers.While in meditation after constant practise , this energy flow starts flowing through Head (Sahasrara chakra or Brahma Randhra).It can be experienced by only those who meditate regularly.This energy opens up even the smallest blocked capillaries.This energy cleanses mind and all unnecessary stuff gradually gets disappeared .

Positive thinking under all circumstances is the source of spiritual energy as u look for benefits even in adversity as God has a plan for u and u find His message in adverse circumstansces also. Besides u must focus on common things also such as cloud in the sky, cool breeze in summer, sunshine in winter, sky full of stars, a new flower blooming in ur garden. If u focus on these nature gifts u will feel refreshed and energized. All these r sources of spiritual energy for me.

There is more than one SOURCE of spiritual energy... as well as more than one KIND of spiritual energy.
If it's positive and good, it comes from God. But evil is also a spiritual energy and it comes from Satan.
I think, also, that there is energy in certain PLACES that is apparently "left over" from someone who was there or something bad or good that happened there.
I've noticed that I feel a different energy, for instance, in the mountains of NORTHERN New Mexico than what I feel in the mountains of SOUTHERN New Mexico. It's way positive in the southern ones near Ruidoso but somewhat negative in the northern ones near Taos.
