I just moved to Arizona, but live on the border of Neveda where a lot of the jobs are. Neveda does not have state taxes and I've been offered a job in Neveda. Will I be paying taxes where I work or where I live?

With living in Arizona you will be taxed in Arizona on the income that you earn anywhere. Since Nevada doesn't have a state income tax you won't have to pay Nevada tax. If you lived in a state that had a state income tax and worked in a state that had a state income tax, you would have to pay taxes to both states, but would get a credit from the state that you live in for taxes paid to the state that you work in, but the credit wouldn't necessarily be $ for $.

One more thing, you need to make sure that if you do get a job in Nevada, that your employer withholds taxes for you for Arizona. If they can't or won't do that you will need to make estimated payments to Arizona on your income.

Both, although if the state where you work doesn't levy an income tax that's a moot point. You ALWAYS pay taxes in the state of your legal residence regardless of where you earn it.
