As many have said, there are several, Alta Vista's Babel Fish, Free Translation, etc. One word of warning, however. You have to be careful using these as they do not allow context to help determine the meaning of the word and the resulting translation is not always what you're looking for. Phrases, such as turn-on may not be found accurately as well as words with several meanings based on context (in English, 'run' is a good example as it has 21 definitions in the Oxford English Dictionary). Additionally, there are often words that have one use in English but multiple in other languages (to be is a good example where in Spanish there is ser and estar). So, use these resources but be advised that they are not foolproof. :)
