After reading a lot of questions and answers about religion, I am noticing that people get fired up and angry when others oppose their beliefs.

Personally, I accept the fact that people believe in different things. What they believe in does not affect what I believe. We all need to choose what is right for us as an individual.

I've noticed the same thing. I personally don't understand why people get so hot under the collar when someone opposes their particular set of beliefs. I don't feel that my salvation is threatened because someone disagrees with my belief system.

You classify your self as agnostic and want religious talk and argument to end. ok, merely as long as you recognize your place on the priority is "i don't have a clue and that i do no longer understand if i think or no longer", and for that reason your different evaluations are possibly merely as blah.

I don't care what other people believe, as long as they don't knock what I believe!
But yes, I have seen on here that people often ridicule, make fun of, or abuse other tenets!
How can they say they follow Christ's teachings, of "Love ye, one another, as I have loved you, when they openly bash other religions!
As far as I can see, they don't do what they say!
just my thoughts!

Not at all. I know that true Christians have been under attack since the founding of Christianity. In fact, our leader himself suffered and was tortured to death.
(John 15:20) Bear in mind the word I said to YOU, A slave is not greater than his master. If they have persecuted me, they will persecute YOU also; if they have observed my word, they will observe YOURS also.

Its not hard for me to accept at all. As a Muslim i don't get angry when someone has differing views to me, each to their own is my philosophy...........You make your choices in life and they are no ones business but your own.
