Any explanations in the Bible as to why he created us in the first place? Did he create us realizing we would be sinners and the only way to be saved is by him? Sounds pretty evil doesn't it? Power hungry? Is He obsessed with Glory?

He created us perfect, which you probably knew already. We decided to sin, as you also know. He could have not made us, but, I am glad He did. He doesn't need to be power hungry, that is you placing your human depravity on Him, you obviously don't understand His holiness or greatness or you wouldn't dare to ask the question.

The same reason we sit in from of a computer screen and ask questions. As created beings and the very image or reflection of God, we too have the spirit of God in us. God enjoys communion with his creation and allows choice to glorify Him. He did not intend for us to be evil that was part of a battle that was going on before we were created. God does not need power, He is all powerful, and yes He is obsessed with glory the same as his created.

What is evil it is to continue to sin deliberately not wanting to become more perfect. Excuse me, but you bark at a wrong tree. God is not to blame for that you are so evil. On the contrary, He gives you chance to mend your ways. You need to praise Him for He is so long-suffering that He did not punished you yet for your blasphemy.
