I do have my master's but I'm not sure if I'm way too old to join even as an officer.

I was in the airforce for 4 years and i believe the cutoff is 35 but thay may have changed it. I would contact a local recruiting office. Its a great career if thats what you wanna do. Plus with college credits you gain extra rank after tha academy. You go from a second lieutenant to a first lieutenant. One step away from a Captain!!

Not at all, go for it if you want to do it! Just remember that you will be in charge of troops and will posssibly have to make life and death decisions. Right now, it's a lot of responsibility, especially as you move up the ranks. Best of luck!

No and it may make you a better Officer because you have a little life experience and might actually listen to your Senior enlisted when they try to help you

nope. You meet the age cut off for all Branches as long as you do it quickly.. some Branches you must be Commissioned before age 28.

do you prefer bs to reality?
do you have a simple and tribalistic mind?

if you answered yes to one or more of those questions then id say youre all set to go ahead and join the military.

don't waste your life by joining the military, it's not what you think it is.

they are taking some folks close to 50. they are calling up folks in the ready reserves that thought they were done with the military long ago.

i can't believe how many young people are willing to get killed or maimed for a lie.
