Sure... Unless the cheese is REALLY moldy- it's still perfectly fine to eat. Just trim off the moldy part (& make SURE you wrap it up tightly when you put it away- so the mold doesn't quickly grow back).

You can cut off any molding parts, make sure to rewrap it in new saran wrap after cutting out the mold though.

depends on the cheese type. If it's shredded, then no. but if you have a hunk of cheese, you can cut off the moldy area plus some extra and go to town.

yes and no.
a hard cheese you can just cut the mold off and the rest is fine.
a soft cheese like mozzarella or ricotta...no its ruined.
