What can i do to get to sleep?

Listen to your favorite CDs for awhile & concentrate on the music. The LESS you think about trying to get to sleep- the SOONER sleep will find you... Sweet dreams.... :)

Just don't think about sleep, try some really boring TV, and actually watching it, it will get you not thinking about sleep, but wont keep your mind active enough to stay up. You could also try humming, singing, maybe reading a book if thats your thing, stretching helps also sometimes, but you do need something in addition.

Have you tried doing some yoga or going for a walk in the evening?
I also use "The Healing Garden Relax Therapy" for sleeping. I use it every night.
You could also try read a book in bed. Reading makes me very tired fast. Don't watch TV in bed as it stimulates the brain so you are more awake but reading on the other hand aides in falling asleep.

Rather than trying to go to sleep. Try to stay awake.
