My brother, trust in the word of God . For the book of Matthew 7:22 says that ,many will say to me in that day Lord LORD,have we not prophesied in thy name? and have we not cast out devils?and in thy name done many wonderful works? And the Lord Jesus say I profess unto them ,I never knew you ; depart from me, you that work iniquity. Not every work is of the Lord Jesus, they may use his name but thier works is not of him , you should get to know Jesus for what he's about and who he is.!!!!Jesus is of love and peace !!!!!!!!

I went through a long struggle with my own personal faith and ended up leaving my family's relgion. What I believe now doesn't matter in this answer. My outcome might not be the same as yours.
Go to a person whose faith you admire and feel is very knowledgable. Ask them for help with your doubts and questions. See if they can't soothe your mind about some of these things.
Also remember: the people who hurt others based on their faith are radicals, not true believers of any real moral religion. Islam is an extremely peaceful religion. The majority of christians don't believe in forcefully converting others to their faith. Each religion has its radicals. There's also the idea that: just because there isn't a religion that fits your exact beliefs, doesn't mean you have to give up on what you believe or have to change yourself. There are plenty of people out there who believe in a god but aren't part of any organized religion.

In the Bible there were many people persecuted for God, but that makes the rewards in Heaven even greater. God told us we will be persecuted if we follow Him, but our time on earth is only short and temporary. Heaven will be soo much better and you won't have to see the destruction anymore. I've gone through a pretty tough year, but when faith is challenged is when it becomes stronger. You should try to find a close adult or pastor to talk to, who can help you more. Please don't give up!

Have you ever wondered why most accademics do not beleive in god[s]?
Once you reach a certain age (or maturity), most smart people question their faith. This is the perfect time to begin research. In the end, you may come out, as I did, with the realisation that there is no god[s] and that life is an incredible opportunity to enjoy physical existence in every way!
You may come out the other side with a profound religious understanding, in my oppinion, theocracy is fundamentally flawed for this reason: No god can walk, they must be carried by their followers. Without followers, the god can not exist.

I did too years ago until a Marine Corps friend of mine told me he found faith in a POW camp. He told me that he began to believe as the ancient Egyptians, whose "Lord" was the "original" one to teach them his sacred words. At first I doubted, but being told I had MS, weak and being in a wheelchair for over a year and ahalf, I learned of this faith. Within a year I was "working" again and over the last 17 years I even get letters from a research facility that wants to study me and find out how I "recovered." Nomatter which people disllike me for saying this God of religions is an IMPOSTER and did nothing for me, I know where I once WAS and where I now AM. Without the "true" Father in heaven I would be DEAD. Find out "of" him and he will show you TRUTH and MEANING to life. "This" Lord is the one that taught Egyptians to LOVE all LIFE and living things. I have never heard that come out of the religion of the Jews, Christian OR Muslims.

Jacob who was called Israel wrestled with God so that God would bless him. It's a good thing. Many people do bad things this is not contrary to what God said would happen our faith should not be based on sinful men but on a righteous and merciful God. Seek God and receive a blessing as Jacob did.

I cannot answer your question. I have never doubted that there was a God. When one comes in contact with God one can no longer dismiss his existence. People have been doubting the God of Israel for thousands of years yet many people still believe. Some believe to a point that they will gladly give their life.

Problem is: You are looking at man and then judging faith. Faith in God/Jesus should not be based on man or this world. After all, man is ruining this world thru sin. Sin separates man from God, but Jesus is the path that reconnects man to God thru His atonement for our sins. Sin causes destruction and twisted faith. Satan is the deceiver that brings doubt and confusion. Please do not let him win with you. Pray to God thru Jesus for stronger faith, and understanding of the things of God versus the things of satan. God bless

Look into humanism. Humanism is a philosophy of life inspired by humanity and guided by reason. It provides the basis for a fulfilling and ethical life without religion.
Humanists make sense of the world using reason, experience and shared human values.
Humanists see no convincing evidence for gods, the supernatural, or life after death.
Humanists believe that moral values are properly founded on human empathy and scientific understanding.
Humanists believe we must live this life on the basis that it is the only life we'll have -- that, therefore, we must make the most of it for ourselves, each other, and our world.
Humanist philosophies have arisen separately in many different cultures over many thousands of years. Whether or not they use the term humanism, tens of millions of Americans and hundreds of millions of people around the world agree with the humanist philosophy of living a happy and productive life based on reason and compassion.
