no but only think if you can find the one which is close to you but you can buy with your checkign account or saving account you don't need credit card, open checking account it is free and they will give you atm visa oe master card then you can buy,it is same like credit card.

buy a cash-backed credit card from someplace like a convenience store. Then you have a credit card.

I thought Paypal was a form of cash management to pay for things .
