I work out and I don't eat a lot, so i am thinking about taking proteins. So I was just wondering is true that it helps gain weight? and i am thinking about taking liquid proteins, the ones that you wont have to shake or mix with water, so can anybody give any information about proteins as far as gaining weight is consernd?

Protein foods helps to build up our body muscles, growing of hair, nails, skin and also our internal organs. Not to the extent that it is meant for weight gain.

especially combined with exercise like weight lifting wear you tear down the muscles to build them up and proper cardio to assist your general healthful abilities

i have never heard of liquid proteins but, if they have calories, which i am guessing they do,....
then you should gain
