Yes. Yes. All my H.S. classes in theater were closed so I got involved in community theater and worked with "professionals" (still same jealousies and "prima donnas" ) but learned a lot. Volunteered to do props, sweep up, costumes etc and tried out for small or chorus parts.Got to be on the city stage which looked good when I applied to college and ended up majoring in theater.
