Beer and wine, yes. Because it is sold in the grocery store. In Texas we have "special" liquor stores you have to go to for hard liquor. They close at 9 pm M-Sat. And are closed on Sunday.

The way most people get beer here on a Sunday is to take a drive to the nearest state line, where it's legal. That, or go to a private club. Some of the private clubs can serve beer. But no alcohol of any sort can be sold in actual stores on a Sunday here.

Beer and wine available all the time at grocery stores. Washington state liqueur stores have a monopoly on the hard stuff. They've always been closed Sundays to protect our morals until recently. Now they're opening some of them on Sundays because they love money more than morals.

I can in Missouri but I think Kansas still does not sell beer on Sundays. they were working on changing the law but don't know if it passed. I never understood why you could drink to your hearts content all week but could not sit down and buy a beer to watch the game with on Sunday.

I could drink in a bar, but the liquor stores are closed. You can buy 3.2 beer at the grocery store. This is Colorado...
I also could not have bought a car today, unless the laws have changed...

Nope I'm in Indiana, cant buy a car on Sunday either. My husband drove to state line and got his beer so another state benefited from the tax revenue. Stupid law.

or perhaps "dry counties". Its ridiculous, i understand what you advise non secular zealots rigidity their will on regulation abiding clientele. the place I stay we won't be able to purchase beer in a liquor shop. they have alcohol % limits on beer, and the alternative for high quality beers that i admire (I drink high quality import beers $10+ in line with 6 %. like people drink high quality wine) is extremely few. at the instant a close-by tobacco and beer shop began donning what i admire, so after years of grabbing high quality beer in different states, i will get it regionally. i might say an analogous for cannibis rules. those are so historic in a sought after usa. I even have yet to pay attention one honest or existence like rationalization why cannibis is illegitimate.

In Oklahoma, the liquor stores are closed on sunday. You can buy beer in convience stores, however. The A.B.L.E. Commission rules with an iron hand here in Native America!

No alcohol sales in the state of Indiana on Sundays unless it's a restaurant.
We have to drive over the state line to Michigan or Illinois.

Not til after noon. And the liquor stores are closed. The town that we live by doesn't allow stores to sell alcohol at all.
It's dry here in the Piney woods of Texas.
