My mom says, and I have seen pictures that she had tons and tons of beautiful, shiny, straight, and with volume hair, and now she is 45 and she still has hair, but it is way way less she says.
I want a home remedy or a natural way to make hair stronger and thicker maybe. also she already got a haircut.
only natural things.
thank you!

Home remedies for thicker and healthier hair, steep 1/2 cup rosemary leaves in 1 cup water. Add the infusion to 1/2 bottle of your favorite shampoo and wash once a day. Rosemary promotes thicker, healthier hair by unclogging pores and hair follicles, and also adds great shine. Rosemary tea, drank once per day, promotes better circulation and also aids in better hair growth. To make your hair really shine, rinse it in cold water for a couple minutes. Take an egg yolk and lather into wet hair. Leave in for a few minutes and it helps condition and adds protein, which helps against breakage and hair loss.

Several factors could be at work here - like peri menopause [ can last up to ten years ], hypothyroidism, etc. First she should be checked by a doctor.
If everything checks out OK, research NIOXIN products - I have been using them for over four months, and see a definite difference. [ went thru chemo, lost all hair, etc. ]

Your mom's hair loss could be due to poor diet, or heat abuse or a combination.

She should see a physician first, to check her basic health and then try dermatologist or someone who specializes in trichology.
