How do you get your boy friend to spill his secrets about other women.....?

If by other women, you mean past relationships, then it could be a good thing that he's not telling, that means that he won't tell anyone anything about you. If you are talking about other various women, he would be more likely to tell you, unless they are a good friend of his.

Overall, if he does keep secrets of other people, which I believe isn't a bad thing, then the only way to get him to is if you are both really love each other, and are very honest with each other, if he trusts you to keep it, and if he feels that the secret isn't important enough to keep from you.
