On a medical card (medicaid) can a boyfriend be on it or does it have to be a spouse?

I am not sure if we can get it together?

On some individual and group policies, you are allowed to list domestic partners. However, Medicaid is based on income and you must qualify for it individually unless you are married.

Has to be a spouse. Your boyfriend can apply separately.

No, you and he would have to apply and be approved separately.
