Is there anyway to put finder on a windows vista pc like you can put quicktime and itunes on it?

Those things that "work" on both Macs and PCs do so because they exist in 2 versions, one for each.

If finder is a file handler, most of its functions are handled by Windows Explorer. Someone familiar with Windows should be able to show you how to use it.

You may also need the StartMenu Find function, which you should have someone show you.

Vista has something like Finder built in. When you click on the Start Menu, there is a little box on the bottom that lets you type something in. There it will allow you to search everything in you computer, including Email, Contacts, Music, and Videos. It will also search inside some of these files like Word and Excel Documents(If Word or Excel is installed).
