I already have. It's called the US Military and we've ended oppression most recently in Iraq and Afghanistan, well at least significantly decreased it.

Already did too.

To old to go back and complete 20. I would go back as an Instructor.

Umm... I'd be wary. There have been good and bad revolutions around the world in history. Some have been peaceful, most violent and some countries even today are in civil wars.
