Well, that's a funky euphemism to try to figure out. No, it's not a sin. Don't worry about it. Especially if you were going on a Lord of the Rings binge. Even then, don't lose sleep over it.

If you were having communion by yourself, no, that's not a sin. There is nothing in the Bible that says you have to observe the Lord's Supper (Communion, whatever you want to call it) in a group of believers. So long as you were in the right mindset and did it as a worshipful act, there's no sin in it.

Fellowship, in its literal sense is not a sign. I feel as though you are using a different sense of the word. I don't know, but if you feel like you have sinned against your body you should make strides toward not doing so.
