With you want to retake the ASVAB, contact your local recruiter. You can retake the ASVAB to get a higher score, but the military take the most recent test score.

Yes, but study for it this time. You have to wait to retake it- I want to say 30 days, but I could be wrong. Your test scores will determine what you're eligible to do in the service. Blow off the test and you are essentially blowing off your future.
If you haven't taken it yet and you're just nervous about it, I still suggest getting a study guide to become familiar with what the test will be like. Just basic High School knowledge with sections for specific trades/skills. Good luck and study.
One more thing- once you get into the branch you want, you are able to retake it as often as you want to become eligible for more rates. Keep that in mind, but if you do well the first time you won't have to keep taking it.

There are study guides and books that will help you improve your score. That material will not be especially hard to master.
If you like, ask your recruiter and he/she can set up a practice test for you. Do a bit of studying, take a practice test, study some more until 6 months after the date that you failed it and take the test again.
