Honestly, I would ask her out and then get to know her-depending on how outgoing you are. If the sparks are really flying, and you know you like each other already, then what have you got to lose in asking her out? Enjoy getting to know her when you go out on dates. It will be fun. Hope this helps.

Depends on your personality. I am not a risk taker, so I date girls that I've known for least few months (there are lot of nuts out there, need to be careful) But some of my friends do meet by asking strangers meet in street. Non of them were found with knife in their back so it must be working too.
